LCD

1.  Sutts, Strosberg LLP was co-counsel in a class action commenced in London, Ontario on May 2, 2007 against manufacturers of liquid crystal display (“LCD”).  The action in Ontario is being prosecuted in conjunction with companion actions in British Columbia and Québec.

2.  Settlements have been approved in the actions against Chunghwa and Epson.

3.  The litigation is continuing against all remaining defendants.

4.  Sutts, Strosberg LLP has, however, withdrawn as co-counsel.
